When modernism meets colors and geometry.
Hand tufted rugs.
The Roquebrune indoor carpet collection, designed by the duo Michela Alquati with Sebastian Corso, consists of 5 masterpieces. It takes its name from the known French seaside resort located on the French Riviera, famous in the belle époque for having hosted countless architectural works and numerous personalities from the world who shaped contemporary culture.
The rugs serie reinterprets classic motifs and colors following a single theme in which the new geometries and shapes become the warp for a weave in pure New Zealand wool and Tencel, improved by hand tufting.
Each design is available in 5 different colors and can be customized accordingly on the most appropriate colors of your spaces.
Creative duo formed by the designer Michela Alquati and the architect Sebastian Corso. Both have founded their studio in Milan and have been collaborating for years on interior design projects, furnishings and contemporary design furniture, sharing a genuine passion for Italian products and design. The Roquebrune collection for Carpet Edition by Alquati+Corso was born from the reworking of technical and stylistic elements belonging to the culture of the interior product.
In the Roquebrune series of carpets, as in the other projects for furnishing products created by the duo, elements of industrial and artisan production are mixed, with constant attention to formal research as well as the materials and finishes that characterize their product on design.
